After the conversion of the cafe bar in the Neuperlach shopping centre in Munich, circular shapes and the familiar vibrant red of the Italian coffee producer Segafreo till determine the design.

New, however, is the zoning which turns the passage area in the light-flooded atrium into a lace with a high interior quality. With a luminous ceiling made of ten single cirular luminaires, Stutgartbased architect Jutta Albus scceeded to create a decelerated space for quiet breaks. Suspended from a stell spoke wheelstructure, the distinctive lighting elements with a diameter of 4.5 metres visually embrace the existing red bar and seating furniture as a cosy area. Owing to the subdued, warm light the effect can also be experienced during the day. The red and black furnishings that is a characteristic of the brand was additionally complemented with a calm, anthracite-coloured floor covering.
